What to do if the GFCI trips on my RIDGID K-45-5?

If the Ground Fault Circuit Interrupter (GFCI) trips when your RIDGID Cleaning Equipment is plugged in, it could be due to several reasons. It may be a faulty GFCI, in which case you should replace the cord set that includes a Ground Fault Circuit Interrupter. Alternatively, there might be a short circuit in the motor, requiring you to take the motor to an authorized service center. Another possibility is moisture in the motor, switch, or on the plug, which also necessitates taking the drain cleaner to an Authorized Service Center.
