What to do if my RIDGID micro CA-350 display turns on but doesn't show an image?

If your RIDGID Analytical Instrument's display turns on but doesn't show an image, and the LEDs on the imager head are dim, the display switches between black and white, or the color display turns itself off, start by replacing the battery with a charged one. It's possible that the battery is low on power or dead. Also, check and re-attach all cable connections, cleaning them if necessary, as loose connections can cause this issue. Visually inspect the imager head for any debris. If the issue persists, the imager might be broken and need replacement, or the unit may need to be reset as described in the “Maintenance” Section.
