If your RIDGID Analytical Instrument's display turns on but doesn't show an image, the LEDs on the imager head are dim, the display switches between black and white, or the color display turns off quickly, try these steps: 1. Check and clean cable connections, then re-attach them. 2. Inspect the imager head for debris. 3. Replace the battery with a charged one. A low or dead battery can cause these issues. 4. Reset the unit. If the imager is broken, it will need to be replaced.
