This newly cered vent system is comprised of PVC/CPVC pipes, ngs and either the IPEX System Low Prole Terminaon
Kit Assembly (System 636), snorkel terminaon, or tee terminaon.
Installaons must comply with local requirements and with the Naonal Fuel Gas Code, ANSI Z223.1/NFPA 54 for U.S.
installaons or CSA B149.1 for Canadian installaons.  use cellular core PVC, CPVC, or Radel based pipe materials
for the exhaust vent. Vents  be of solid core pipes ONLY.

Use only the materials listed in this secon for vent, air intake pipe, and ngs (See vent and air piping materials table).
Failure to comply with this warning could result in property damage, personal injury, or death.

PVC venng cannot be used if the following condions exist:
 The water heater is installed in a recirculaon system and the thermostat seng is greater than 150 F (65.5 C).
 The water heater is used in a combinaon domesc water and space heang applicaon that requires a thermostat
seng greater than 150 F (65.5 C).

