Temperatures Available with a Controller
The water heater can deliver water at only one temperature seng at a me. The available temperatures are
provided below. A temperature lower than 98° F (37° C) can be obtained at the tap by mixing with cold water.
To change the temperature scale from Celsius to Fahrenheit or vice versa, press and hold the “On/O” buon
for 5 seconds while the water heater is OFF.

* These models have a default maximum temperature of 140° F (60° C) and an opon (SW5 and SW6) to
increase the maximum temperature to 185 °F (85 °C). Default: SW5 is OFF and SW6 is ON in DIPSW1.
DO NOT adjust the other switches unless specically instructed to do so.

Alternate Temperature Sengs
A dierent range of temperature sengs is available by seng SW2 to OFF and SW3 to ON in the DIPSW 2.
The table below shows the sengs available with the MC-91-2 controller. Default: SW2 is ON and SW3 is OFF in
DIPSW2.

MC-91-1, MCC-91-1, MC-100V-1, and BC-100V-1 controllers are not compable with
Alternate Temperature Sengs. Alternate Temperature Sengs are for commercial
applicaons only.
DO NOT use the MC-91-1, MCC-91-1, MC-100V-1, or BC-100V-1 controllers when SW2 is
OFF and SW3 is ON in DIPSW 2.
