Plug cord into 120V,

outlet.

Slide switch to "On." Let Motor run
30
seconds
for
warmup
before
starting
to slice.
3.
Grasp Food Grip
with
left
hand,
keeping thumb protected
behind
Thumb
Guard.
Apply
even
pressure
for
best
slicing
result.
4.
Slide Food Tray forward toward
Blade
(as
shown). Move Food Tray
back
and
forth
steadily
and
easily.
Keep food gently
pressed
against
Thickness
Guide
for
even
slices.
5.
When
finished
slicing,
turn
off
Motor
and
unplug.
For
Blade
protection
and
safety,
turn
Thickness
Regulator
Knob
to
realign
Thickness
Guide
with
Blade.
HINTS FOR BEST RESULTS
To
slice
meats
wafer thin, chill thoroughly before slicing.
Meats
should
be
boneless.
Fruits
should
be
free
of
seeds.
Foods
with
an uneven
texture-like
fish
and thin
steaks-are
often
difficult
to
slice. Partially
freeze
before
slicing.
