your nurse or doctor meaning you can receive
your warfarin regime and submit INR readings
wherever you are. With Bluetooth connectivity to the
CoaguChek INRange device, staying on top of your
INR has never been easier.
This handy app will enable you to:
• Send INR readings directly to your doctor or nurse
• Review historic readings and results over time
• Receive new dosage instructions from your
GP or nurse
Where the App is available, a registration code is
needed to connect you to your surgery. This will
