Terminal Connections Chapter 7
Minimum Requirements
The software and firmware must be installed on the development
computer and the PanelView Plus terminal to configure and
communicate with an Allen-Bradley controller on a ControlNet
network.

This applies to terminals that are ordered as preconfigured units with the ControlNet module.
WARNING
The ControlNet Communications Module, cat. no.
2711P-RN15S, will not run with FactoryTalk View ME firmware
version 3.20.04 or earlier. All ControlNet Modules with version
3.07 firmware must be upgraded to version 3.08 or later;
otherwise, outputs may turn on an indeterminate state.
