1.6.4 Configuring Date and Time
The R&S FSH has an internal clock that can apply a date and time stamp. In the
"Instrument Setup" dialog box, you can set both date and time.
Setting the date
► In the "Instrument Setup" dialog box, select the "Set Date" item.
► Press the ENTER key.
The R&S FSH asks you to confirm a change of the date.
► Enter the date you want with the numeric keys. The sequence depends on the
selected date format.
► Confirm the entry with the ENTER key.
Setting the time
► In the "Instrument Setup" dialog box, select the "Set Time" item.
► Press the ENTER key.
► Enter the time you want with the numeric keys.
► Confirm the entry with the ENTER key.
After you have entered the time, the R&S FSH verifies the validity of the time. If it is not
a valid time, it sets the next valid time.
Selecting the time zone
► In the "Instrument Setup" dialog box, select the "Time Zone" item.
► Press the ENTER key.
► Enter a positive or negative time offset relative to the system time with the numeric
keys.
► Confirm the entry with the ENTER key.
After you have confirmed the time zone, the R&S FSH adjusts the displayed time
accordingly, without changing the system time.
