Gently shake the ink pouch for each color.
If ink components precipitate, it will not be possible
to print with correct colors.
* Use a new ink pouch.
* Never under any circumstances use anything other
than the specied type of ink.

Pull the stopper toward the front of the machine.
Turn the ink pouch sideways and set as in the gure.
Attach the stoppers.
Making sure not to mistake the colors, set the ink pouches for all colors.

Precautions for the operations to follow
Take care not to drop ink pouches.
During this work, move the ink pouch holders slowly. If you let go o the ink pouch holders
partway through moving them, they will be subjected to a strong impact, which may cause
the ink to leak.

Precautions for the operations to follow
Take care to install ink pouches of the correct color. If an ink pouch of the wrong color is
installed, color mixing may occur. In the event you install an ink pouch of the wrong color,
contact your authorized Roland DG Corp. dealer.
Never touch the area around the ink lling port. Touching this area accidentally may force
air into the ink path and cause a malfunction.
Take care not to crush the ink pouch when engaging the stopper.
