Also, check your audio system and ensure the [MIX IN] knob is set correctly. Setting “Local Control” to “ON” may also resolve the issue.

      If a specific pad on your Roland Recording Equipment isn't producing sound, start by checking all connections and ensuring an instrument is assigned to the pad. Adjust the instrument’s “Volume” and check the settings for “OUTPUT”. Also, adjust the settings of the faders and set the pad’s “trigger type”. If you delete the user sample that’s assigned to a pad, it will not produce sound. Either load the user sample once again, or assign a different instrument.

      If you're unable to play or import an audio file on your Roland Recording Equipment, verify that the audio file format, file name, and file name extension are correct. Also, check the location of the audio file. If a folder contains a large number of audio files, keep the number of audio files in a folder to 200 or fewer.
