Playing songs in sequence (Chain Play)
Chain Play successively plays back songs on disk in the order you specify. The demo disk con-
tains “XP-80.SVC” which is preset to play back song numbers 01–08 successively. Here’s how
to perform chain play.
<Procedure>
❶ Insert the demo disk into the disk drive.
❷ Press [CHAIN PLAY].
❸ Make sure that the cursor is positioned at the chain file number.
If the cursor is elsewhere, move it by pressing [u].
❹ Turn the VALUE dial clockwise to select “XP-80.SVC.”
❺ Press [STOP/PLAY] to start playback.
After a slight pause, chain play will start.
❻ To end the chain play, press [STOP/PLAY] again.
