Ink Consumption Amount for Cleaning
Description
Ink Consumption
LIGHT CHOKE CL.
Perform this cleaning when printed colors are unstable or
uneven, e.g., when color density is inconsistent,
even if the same data is printed with the same settings.
The amount of time required to complete ink renewal by
rotating the pump while the chock valves are closed is
shorter than that of choke cleaning. Therefore, stress on
the print head and dampers are less compared to choke
cleaning.
162 cc
CHOKE CL.
Perform after replacing a damper. The machine rotates the
pump while the chock valves are closed. It cleans the ink
components settled at the bottom of dampers.
