INSTALLING THE CONTROL PANEL
NOTE:
Material thickness of the mounting plate: max. 5 mm
• Drill or punch a through borehole 31 mm in the mounting
plate (b).
• Insert individual device (a) (pressure regulator or lter-
pressure regulator) through the through borehole.
• Guide control panel nut M30x1.5 (c) over the setting knob
and tighten.
• Max. tightening torque: 8 Nm.
INSTALLING THE PRESSURE GAUGE
NOTE: When a pressure gauge with 1/4“ thread is ordered
separately, a compression ring will be supplied with it as a
separate component. When a compression ring is used, the
pressure gauge must not be unscrewed again, since it would
leak.
Pressure gauges with 1/8” threads are delivered without a
compression ring. These pressure gauges must be sealed
with packing tape or with liquid thread sealant (for example,
Loctite). When packing tape or liquid thread sealant is used,
the pressure gauge can be unscrewed a little.
If no pressure gauge is used, the plug screw must be
screwed in and sealed.
• Fit the compression ring onto the pressure gauge or use
packing tape or liquid thread sealant.
• Screw the pressure gauge into the threaded pressure
gauge bore until it is fully screwed in (open-ended spanner
SW 14).
• Max. tightening torque: 7 to 8 Nm
