LUBRICATOR
WARNING
System under pressure during operation!
Opening the system while it is under pressure may cause
damage to the devices (lubricator) and serious unjuries.
CAUTION
Harmful oil mists!
Using oil produces harmful oil mists in the compressed
air systems. Thus, lubricators may only be operated in
closed pneumatic systems.
FILL
Regularlychecktheoillevelandrelliftheoilhasreached
theminimumlevel.
Fillthereservoirwiththespeciedoil(see„TechnicalData“)
untiltheoilreachesthemaximumllheight.
NOTE:Ifllinglevelistoohigh,oilcanreachthesystemand
damageit.
Manual lling before commissioning
Remove the reservoir.
Fill the reservoir to the maximum level.
Assemble the reservoir as described in „Assembling the
reservoir and protective guard“.
Manual lling of the assembled oil reservoir
Make sure the relevant system part is not under pressure.
Remove the reservoir.
Fill the reservoir to the maximum level.
Assemble the reservoir as described in „Assembling the
reservoir and protective guard“.
Switch the relevant system part back on.
