System does not work

Make sure the mains cable is fully plugged into the
wall socket.

Press to see if the display lights.
No sound

Increase the volume.

Press on the Remote Control to restore the
sound.

Be sure your iPod is inserted correctly.

Check the connections for your auxiliary component.

Select AUX to hear a source connected to the Aux
jacks.

Be sure that the auxiliary component connected to
the Aux jack is turned on.
iPod does not play Check that iPod mode is activated.
The USB display Check that USB mode is activated.
The USB displays LOAD Your USB key may be faulty or empty. Check it in your
computer.
No LED light Check that the mains cable is fully plugged in at both
ends.
The arm does not open Remove the iPod from the docking station, open the
arm, then replace it.
FM reception is weak Place your Diva closer to a window.
Remote control Check the battery.
