Desconecte el cable de la caja de conexión.
Fije el cable por el extremo pelado con la
descarga de tracción y enrosque el tubo
flexible de protección. Primero coloque
simplemente la rosca y luego apriétela con un
máximo de 1/4 de vuelta. El adaptador se sella
con la junta tórica.
Mantenga firmemente el
adaptador ya atornillado mientras conecta el
tubo flexible de conexión.
Pull the cable out of junction box. Fix the
stripped end of the cable to the strain relief and
screw in the fitting for the protective hose. After
touching the adapter to connecting box, you
have to tighten adapter more 90°. Don’t tighten
more than 90°. The adapter is o-ring sealed.
Hold up adapter when connecting the
protecting hose or tube.
Atención! Si se utilizan otros adaptadores o
adaptadores no enroscados de forma
adecuada, la carcasa podría saltar.
Attention! In case of using a different adapter
or in case of incorrect mounting the housing
may break.
Una los extremos de los cables con la regleta y
tenga en cuenta la polaridad de L1 y L2.
(marrón + azul -)
Connect the wire ends to the luster terminal
and watch the polarity of L1 and L2. (brown +
blue -)
Cierre la caja de bornes con los tornillos
previstos (par de apriete 1,1 Nm) y preste
atención a que ningún cable quede atrapado o
aplastado.
Close the junction box with the screws
enclosed (torque 1.1 Nm) and make sure that
no wire be clamped or crushed.
Fije el cable (a través de portacables y tendido
fijo) hacia el armario de distribución e integre el
equipo en el sistema de control de la máquina.
Fix the cable (with cable drag and fixed
routing) to the control box and link the unit with
the control system.
Por razones de estanqueidad, Rotoclear
debería estar acoplado a los periodos de
conexión de la máquina y funcionar todo el
