Uso conforme el empleo previsto
En las máquinas-herramientas se utilizan
lubricantes refrigerantes para reducir el calor
generado durante el mecanizado. El lubricante
refrigerante aplicado es propulsado hacia afuera
por el movimiento giratorio de la herramienta o de
la pieza y se adhiere a la parte interior de la
carcasa de protección y también a su mirilla. Esto
afecta la visibilidad. Rotoclear se monta por el
lado interior de la mirilla existente en la puerta de
la máquina herramienta. La placa rotativa, es
decir, el rotor de Rotoclear, propulsa hacia afuera
el lubricante refrigerante y las virutas que le
llegan. De este modo se tiene libre visibilidad del
proceso de preparación y el mecanizado.
Machine tools are used with coolants to
reduce the heat generated during the metal
cutting process. The coolant will be thrown off
due to the rotary movement of the tool or work
piece and adheres to the inside of the
protective enclosure or its viewing window.
The visibility is impaired. Rotoclear
is
generally fitted on the internal side of the
existing viewing window of the machine tool
door. The rotary panel of Rotoclear
throws off
coolant and chips, leaving a clear view of the
set-up and the machining process.
El uso conforme al empleo previsto se extiende
exclusivamente al uso en fresadoras, máquinas
herramienta, centros de mecanizado, tornos
automáticos, bancos de prueba y su uso como
mirilla. El chorro de lubricante refrigerante no
debe estar orientado directamente hacia la mirilla.
El equipo no debe operarse sumergido completa o
parcialmente en agua o lubricante refrigerante.
The intended use is exclusively limited to
applications in machine tools, milling
machines, machining centers, automatic
lathes, test benches and as a viewing window.
It is not allowed to point the coolant directly
towards the rotating window. It is not allowed
to partially or fully submerge the unit in water
or coolant.
