Troubleshooting
En el caso de fallos proceda de la siguiente forma:
Proceed as follows when malfunctions occur:
La instalación eléctrica debe ser realizada
exclusivamente por personal técnico capacitado y
autorizado.
Electrical installation work is only permitted to
be done by trained electricians.
10.1
La placa rotativa no gira.
The rotating window does not rotate.
La placa rotativa no gira y emite tonos alternantes.
El rotor está bloqueado mecánicamente.
The rotating window does not rotate and
produces variable sounds. The rotor is
mechanically blocked.

Desconecte el sistema de la tensión eléctrica.
Compruebe manualmente la rotación libre girando
el rotor con la mano.
Verify that the electrical power is off. Check the
free rotation of the rotor by hand.

El uso de agua cruda puede formar una costra en
la grieta del lado interior del rotor. Eliminar los
depósitos con un cuchillo o un rascador libre de
residuos.
When using hard water may be in the gap
area, a crust forming on the inside of the rotor.
Eliminate the cake with a
knife or a scraper residue-free.

Posiblemente se encuentren suciedad o virutas en
la separación entre el estator y el rotor.
Limpie la zona alrededor de los campos
magnéticos. En caso necesario utilice un imán
adherente fuerte de oficina.
Mientras tanto no apoye la placa sobre un banco de
trabajo sucio; puede utilizar un cartón limpio como
base.
Dirt or chips may be embedded in the gap
between the stator and rotor.
Clean the area surrounding the magnetic
fields.
You may try using an ordinary magnetic clamp
from your office.
Do not place the rotor on a dirty workbench,
but use a clean cardboard surface instead.
Si se acumulan muchas virutas y se repiten los
fallos por suciedad le recomendamos que aumente
la presión interior.
If there is significant chip exposure and the
system malfunctions repeatedly, we
recommend increasing the internal pressure.

Aumente la presión de alimentación en 0,5 bar y
compruébela en el centro del equipo. Vuelva a
montar la placa rotativa. Compruebe el movimiento
mecánico libre con la mano y conecte el equipo.
Increase the feed pressure by max. 0.5 bar
and check the velocity pressure in the
connecting box. Reinstall the rotating window.
Verify the mechanical free rotation of the rotor
by hand. Switch on the power.
10.2
La placa rotativa se detiene y se vuelve a poner
en movimiento poco tiempo después.
The rotor stops rotating and resumes
rotation after a short period.
El motor tiene una función de protección integrada.
Si el motor experimenta una gran carga y se
calienta, entonces la seguridad contra sobrecarga
lo desconecta y lo vuelve a conectar después de un
breve periodo de tiempo.
The motor has an internal safety function. If
the motor overheats because of a heavy load,
the overload function cuts power and switches
back on after a short period of time.

Desconecte el sistema de la tensión eléctrica.
Make sure that the electrical power is off.

Evite que el chorro de refrigerante apunte
directamente hacia la placa rotativa. Compruebe si
la placa rotativa roza con algún objeto.
Do not point the coolant directly at the rotating
window. Check if the rotating window runs
smoothly or if it rubs against something.

Compruebe si el centro se calienta excesivamente.
Mind overheating in the center.
10.3
La placa rotativa no gira.
The rotating window does not rotate.
La placa rotativa puede girarse a mano 360º y tras
impulsarla gira libremente.
The rotating window is mechanically free,
rotates by 360° when moved manually, and
spins freely when initiated by hand.

Compruebe si la tensión tiene la polaridad correcta
y en caso necesario cambie la posición de los
cables.
Check the right polarity of the system and
swap the wires when needed.

Compruebe si cuenta con la tensión correcta y si el
suministro eléctrico es suficiente.
Check the right voltage and if the power supply
is sufficient to start the system.
En la figura pto. 5 está representada la polaridad.
Rotoclear está protegido internamente contra una
polaridad incorrecta, así como contra sobre y
subtensión. Se trata de un motor electrónico. La
medición de la resistencia interna no permite sacar
conclusiones sobre el funcionamiento del motor.
For more information as to correct connection
and polarity, see fig. 5.1.
Rotoclear is internally protected against wrong
polarity and low or high voltage. It is not
possible to check the function of the motor by
measuring its impedance.
