Maintenance Chart
Usethefollowingchartforperiodicrecommendedinspectionandadjustmentsofhardwareand
electrical parts and systems:
Cleaning
Plastic Shroud Cover:
Clean the plastic shroud with mild, soapy water monthly or whenever dust or dirt accumu-
lates on the shroud.
Motors:
Clean around the motor area weekly with a slightly damp (not wet) cloth.
Wipe off or blow away any dust or dirt on or around the motors.
Note: You do not need to grease or oil the power wheelchair mechanisms.
Check batteries
Check tires for proper tread
Check plugs and connectors for
proper connections
Check all moving parts for wear
Inspect all nuts, bolts, and fasteners
for looseness or wear
Inspect upholstery for wear
Make sure Drive Lockout operates properly
Service by authorized supplier
CHECK… Daily Weekly Monthly Quarterly Annually
