  If the transport system isn't running, several issues could be the cause. First, check the fuses and/or reset the circuit breakers, and inspect the cut-off switches and current lead to the house, repairing if necessary. A defective level switch could also be the problem; ensure it's correctly installed, look for feed bridging in the control unit, and replace the switch if needed. Similarly, check the operation of the safety switch in the control unit and replace it if defective. Lastly, a defective motor could be the cause, requiring replacement.

Why does my Roxell Farm Equipment motor overload after running for a short while?

  If the motor overloads quickly, several factors could be at play. It might be the wrong motor, so check the motor power and replace it if necessary. Low voltage can also cause this; inspect the current supply to the motor and use wires with the correct diameter for the connection. A foreign object in the auger can cause the motor to stall; carefully disconnect the auger, remove the object, and clean the auger and tubes, also checking the feed's fat content and moisture percentage. Ensure the motor isn't running in reverse by verifying the motor shaft turns clockwise and checking the auger for damages. Finally, the motor itself might be overheating, in which case, replace it.
