Finally, attach the clew of the sail to the hook at the back end of the boom
And the lower block of the kicker to the shackle on the mast- this has a quick release
pin.
3.6 The Daggerboard
To complete this section, you will need:
• The daggerboard
• Daggerboard retaining elastic
• Daggerboard retaining clip
1) Tie a figure-of-eight knot in the end of the daggerboard elastic and thread it
through the hole in the handle.
2) Tie the other end to the plastic clip using a knot on a knot.
