IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
The purpose of safety rules is to attract your
attention to possible dangers. The safety symbols
and the explanations with them, require your
careful attention and understanding. The safety
warnings do not by themselves eliminate any
danger. The instruction or warnings they give are
not substitutes for proper accident prevention
measures.
SAFETY ALERT SYMBOL. Indicates
danger, caution or warning. May be used
in conjunction with other symbols or
pictures.
Failure to obey a safety warning can result in
serious injury to yourself or to others. Always follow
the safety precautions to reduce the risk of fire,
electric shock and personal injury.
Do not attempt to operate this tool until you have
read thoroughly and completely understood the
safety rules, etc. contained in this manual. Failure
to comply can result in accidents involving fire,
electric shock or serious personal injury. Save this
Owners Operating Manual and review it frequently
for continual safe operation and for instructing
others who may use this tool.
INTENDED USE
You may use this tool for cleaning most small to
large horizontal or vertical exterior surfaces,
smaller exterior objects and structures, and outdoor
equipment and tools.*
You can:
Clean or remove mold and mildew from weathered
decks, driveways, patios, walkways, sidewalks, etc.
Remove dirt from various exterior vertical surfaces
such as house exteriors, siding, fences, brick,
concrete or stone walls, etc.
Wash boats, outdoor furniture, powered or non-
powered garden equipment, gutters, window
screens, grills, playground equipment, etc.
*Always test in an incon spicu ous area first.
DANGER. Risk of fire and serious burns:
Never remove fuel cap when unit is
running. Shut off engine and allow the
unit to cool at least five minutes. Remove
cap slowly.
WARNING. Read and understand all
instructions. Failure to follow all
instructions listed below may result in
electric shock, fire and/or carbon
monoxide poisoning which will cause
death or serious personal injury.
READ ALL INSTRUCTIONS
Know your tool. Read the operator’s manual
carefully. Learn the machine’s applications and
limitations as well as the specific potential hazards
related to this tool.
Keep guards in place and in working order. Never
operate the tool with any guard or cover removed.
Make sure all guards are operating properly before
each use.
Remove adjusting keys and wrenches. Form habit
of checking to see that keys and adjusting
wrenches are removed from tool before turning it
on.
To reduce the risk of injury, keep children and
visitors away. All visitors should wear safety
glasses and be kept a safe distance from work
area.
Keep the area of operation clear of all persons,
particularly small children, and pets.
Do not start or operate the engine in a confined
space, building, near open windows, or in other
unventilated space where dangerous carbon
monoxide fumes can collect. Carbon monoxide, a
colorless, odorless, and extremely dangerous gas,
can cause unconsciousness or death.
Use right tool. Don’t force tool or attachment to do
a job it was not designed for. Don’t use it for a
purpose not intended.
NOTICE
Do not use E15 or E85 fuel in this product. It is a violation of federal law and will damage the unit and
void your warranty. Only use unleaded gasoline containing up to 10% ethanol.
