If these solutions do not solve the problem, contact an authorised service centre.
Problem Possible cause Solution
The submersible
pump is not
pumping water
while it is on.
The air lock valve is blocked. Check the fi lter and air lock valve and remove debris or
any blockage.
The submersible
pump is leaking
water from the air
lock valve while it
is on.
The air lock valve is blocked. Remove debris or any blockage in the air lock valve.
The red LED of the
water sensor is on,
and the product is
beeping.
The submersible pump does not
detect water.
Immerse the submersible pump in water. If this does not
solve the issue, proceed to the next solution.
The motor is idling. Check the fi lter and impeller and remove debris or any
blockage. Follow the cleaning instructions in the manual.
If this does not solve the issue, proceed to the next
solution.
There is an issue with the battery
pack.
Replace the battery pack. If this does not solve the issue,
proceed to the next solution.
There is a problem with the product. Bring the product to an authorised service centre.
