Leitungen vom Elektronik-Modul (1) abziehen und
abnehmen
KurzschluBleitung trennen
Ansauggerauschdampfergehause (2) abschrau
ben
Scheibe (3) abnehmen
Zundanlage
Gewindefurchschrauben (3) herausschrauben.
Durchführungsgummi (4) und Zündkerzenstecker
abnehmen.
Polrad mit verstellbarem Stirnlochschlüssel (1) an-
halten.
Mutter (2, Linksgewinde) abschrauben und
Scheibe abnehmen.
Polrad mit Abziehleiste (1) und 2 Zylinderschrau
ben M 5 x 70 abziehen.
Scheibenfeder herausnehmen
Pull the leads off the electronic module (1)
Disconnect the short-circuit lead.
Unscrew the intake silencer housing (2)
Remove washer (3)
Ignition system
Unscrew screws (3).
Unscrew ignition coil with ignition cable.
Remove rubber grommet (4) and spark plug con-
nector.
Hold pole wheel using an adjustable pin spanner
(1).
Unscrew nut (2, left-hand thread) and remove
washer.
Pull the pole wheel off, using the puller tool (1)
and 2 screws M 5 x 70.
Remove key.
Retirer les cables du module électronique (1) et les
Oter.
Séparer le fil coupe-circuit.
Devisser le boiter (2) du silencieux d’admission.
Oter la rondelle (3).
Magnéto
Dévisser les vis (3).
Dévisser la bobine d’allumage avec son cable.
Oter le passe-fil caoutchouc (4) et le chapeau de
bougie.
Tenir le rotor avec une clé à ergot (1).
Dévisser l'écrou (2, filetage à gauche) et ôter
l’ecrou.
Arracher le rotor à l'aide de l'outil (1) et 2 vis à tête
cylindrique M 5 x 70.
Sortir la clavette.
