Zum
Herausnehmen
der
Spiralfeder
lerende

festhalten,
Daumen
wechselseitig
anheben
und
Spiralfeder
herauslas
sen
Zusammenbau
Eine
neue
Spiralfeder
ist
schon
aufgewickelt
und
mit
einem
Bindedraht
gehalten,
welcher
beim
Ein-
setzen entfernt wird.
Ist
die
alte
Feder
wieder
verwendbar,
wird
sie
nach
dem
Reinigen
Windung
für
Windung
in
die
Seil-
scheibe
eingerollt.
Wickelrichtung
der
Spiralfeder,
siehe
Pfeil.
Die
Spiralfeder
muß
plan
aufliegen.
Das
Federende
(1)
so
richten,
daß
die
Federöse
mit
der
Lagerbohrung
abschließt.
Spiralfeder
mit
‚‚Anticorit
5”
dünn
bestreichen.
Lagerbohrung
mit
Kältefett
Staburags
NBU
4

fullen.

To
remove
the
spiral
spring,
lift
only
the
end
of
the
spring
while
holding
the
spring
coil
as
illustrated.
Alternatingly
release
thumb
pressure
allowing
the
spring
to
expand
to
the
outside.
Assembly
New
springs
are
already
wound
up
and
secured
with
an
annealed
wire
which
will
be
removed
prior
to fitting.
If
the
old
spring
is
reusable,
it
will
be
cleaned
and
inserted
coil
by
coil
into
the
cord
pulley.
The
direction
how
to
coil
the
spring
is
shown
by
an
arrow.
The
spring
must
be
perfectly
plane
in
the
pulley.
Set
the
spring
end
(1)
so
that
its
eyelet
comes
right
close
to
the
center
bore
of
the
pulley..
Slightly
coat
the
spiral
spring
with
“Anticorit
5”.
Fill
the
center
bore
with
low-temperature
grease
“Staburags NBU 4 MF”.
Pour
sortir
le
ressort,
soulever
son
extremite,
en
maitrisant
le
ressort;
soulever
les
pouces
alternati-
vement
et
laisser
le
ressort
se
détendre
et
sortir.
Remontage
Les
ressorts
neufs
sont
livrés
enroulés
et
assurés
par
des
fils
de
ligature
qui
seront
enlevés
au
moment de la pose du ressort.
Si
l’ancien
ressort
est
encore
utilisable,
il
sera,
après
nettoyage,
enroulé
spire
par
spire
dans
la
poulie de câble.
Enrouler
le
ressort
dans
le
sens
de
la
flèche.
Le
ressort
doit
reposer
plan
sur
le
fond
de
la
pou-
lie.
Positionner
le
bout
du
ressort
(1)
de
telle
façon
que
son
oeillet
soit
juste
à
ras
du
trou
de
palier
Enduire
le
ressort
spiral
légèrement
d’
“Anticorit
Jr
Remplir
le
palier
de
la
graisse
aux
temperatures
basses
Staburags
NBU
4
MF.
