WARTUNGS- UND PFLEGEPLAN
Schmiermittel und -menge bzw. Wartungsar-
beiten
Vergaser reinigen und einstellen
Vergasergehàuse und Einzelteile in Kraftstoff rei-
nigen.
Düsenbohrungen nur mit Preßluft ausblasen.
| Einstellarbeiten Siehe Seite 32.
Leerlaufdrehzahl prüfen ggf. einstellen,
2300...2500/min.
Kraftstoffilter erneuern.
Kraftstoffleitung vom Filter abziehen und auf
Blindnippel vom Kraftstoffbehälter aufstecken.
Auf richtige Durchflußmarkierung (Pfeilrichtung)
| am Filtergehäuse achten.
Kraftstoffilter und Kraftstoffschlauch jährlich
erneuern.
Seilzüge prüfen, ggf. ölen und einstellen.
Auf knickfreie Verlegung achten.
Fur Ersatz nur Original-Seilzüge verwenden.
Bei speziellen Schmiernippeln an den Seilzügen
mit dünnflüssigem Öl schmieren, ansonsten Seil-
züge aushängen und Zugseile gut durchfetten.
Motor und Auspuffanlage
Entkohlen (siehe Seite 26).
Bremsen
Bei schlechter Bremswirkung Handhebel, Seilzug
und Bremshebel auf ihren Zustand überprüfen
gegebenenfalls nachstellen. Gelenke, Lagerstel-
| len, Seilzug nacholen. Geknickte oder geklemmte
Seilzüge ersetzen. Verölte Beläge sind zu erneu-
ern, auch geringste Verölung bedingt eine Ver-
minderung der Bremswirkung.
Bei Glanzbelag auf den Bremsbelägen diesen mit-
| tels Schmirgelleinwand entfernen oder Bremsbe-
läge erneuern.
Anmerkung:
Die Bremsbeläge sind nicht asbesthaltig.
Reifenluftdruck prüfen: vorne 2,8 bar (atu),
| hinten 3,8 bar (atù)

Lubricant, quantity of lubricant
and maintenance operations
Maintenance
every
| To clean and to adjust the carburettor
Clean the carburettor body and the components
in petrol.
Jet holes to be blown with compressed air only.
Adjustments see page 32.
Check the idling speed and adjust as re-
quired to 2300...2500/min.
Fuel filter to be replaced
Pull the fuel line off the filter and slip it onto the
blind nipple on the fuel tank.
Replace the filter. Oberserve the arrow on the
filter, showing the correct direction of flow.
Fuel filter and fuel line to be replaced an-
nually.
Control cables to be checked and, if need be,
oiled and adjusted. See to it that the cables be
installed without kinks. Use only original cables
for replacement. If there are special lubricating
nipples fitted onto the cables, lubricate with thin
oil, otherwise remove the control cables and
grease the inner wires well.
Engine and exhaust system
Decarbonizing (see page 26).
Brakes
In case of poor braking performance, check the
condition of the handlebar brake lever, the con-
trol cable and the rear brake lever and readjust
them as required. Luricate the joints, bearings
| and the control cable with oil. Replace kinked or
jamming cables. Brake shoes with oily facings
must be replaced, as the slightest traces of oil on
the facings will impair the braking efficiency.
If the brake facings are glossy, remove the gloss
using emery cloth or replace the brake shoes.
Note:
| The brake linings are of the non-asbestos
| type.

Lubrifiants, quantités de lubrifiants
ou opérations d'entretien
Entretien
Nettoyage et réglage du carburateur
Nettoyer le corps du carburateur et les pièces
détachées dans de l'essence.
Les alésages des gicleurs ne sont qu'à souffler à
l'air comprimé.
Pour régler le carburateur, voir page 32.
Vérifier le nombre des tours au ralenti et
l'ajuster suivant besoin à 2300...2500/ min.
Tamis à carburant à remplacer
Retirer le tuyau à essence du filtre et l'enfiler sur
le raccord borgne du réservoir. Observer le sens
de l'écoulement à travers le filtre suivant la flèche
sur le boîtier du filtre.
Remplacer le filtre à essence et le tuyau à
essence tous les ans.
Câbles de transmission
Si les câbles sont pourvus de graisseurs spé-
ciaux, injecter de l'huile fine. S'il n'en ont pas,
sortir le câble de sa gaine et le graisser bien.
Moteur et dispositif d'échappement
Décalaminer (voir page 26).
Freins
En
cas
de
freinage
insuffisant,
inspecter
l'état
du
levier a main, du câble et du levier se trouvant
sur
le
moyeu
et
les
ajuster
suivant
besoin.
Lubri-
fier
les
articulations,
paliers
et
le
câble.
Rempla-
cer
les
câbles
pliés
ou
coincés.
Remplacer
les
mâchoires
complètes,
si
les
garnitures
de
frein
sont
grasses;
les
moindres
traces
d'huile
provo-
quent
une
diminution
de
l'effet
de
freinage.
Si
la
surface
des
garnitures
de
frein
est
glacée,
la
passer
à
l'émeri
ou
remplacer
les
mâchoires.
Note:
Les
garnitures
de
frein
sont
sans
amiante.
