one of the yellow leads should be connected up (see wiring diagrom).

he second yellow lighling lead remains bl ind and moy be used later for connecting
up a rectifier
to chorge a battery.
The
bulbs should be so selected tha i the !olol laod of the dynamo magne to is 50 Watt.
for reaching the 75 Watt a resistance of 25 Watt must be added .
Core should be taken 10 ensure a good earth connection from the engine via the
chassis 10 the lamps.

SOLENOID-CONTROLLED STARTER (Type DO)
T he dynamo magneto generaTes alTernating current with a lighting power of 40 Wat t
at 12 Volt.
The two yellow lighting lea ds are to be connect ed up to the rectifier f~)r charging a
12 Vol t 38 (or 32) Ah battery for lighting and for operating th e elect rIC starter (see
wiring
diagram).
T he bulbs should be so selected t hat they give a lotol load of 40 Watt.
Core should be taken to ensure p roper wi re cross sections for starter operation and
a good earth connection between battery, chassis and lamps.
