Problem Possible Solution
The display does not come
on & there is no signal from
the unit
Battery discharged Replace battery
Battery was incorrectly
positioned
Remove battery, replace
correctly
Batterysymbolashing,and
the stimulator beeps for 10
seconds
The battery is low Replace the battery
Stimulation received
irregularly, only at a high
intensity, or not at all
Faulty electrode wire Replace electrode wire
Stimulator stops stimulation,
and icon
display on the
screen
electrode loose Check the connection between
the stimulator and electrode
wire
Check the connection between
the electrode wire and the
electrode pads
Check the connection between
the electrode pads and skin
Wet the skin with enough water
for better conductivity.
