The car seat has been converted to
Booster Seat Mode.
Shoulder Belt Position
The shoulder belt should lay snugly
across the center of the child’s
shoulder and across the chest and
not on their face or neck.
Lap Belt Position
The lap belt should lay snugly
across the child’s hips and not on
their stomach.
Head Position
Tops of the child’s ears should never
be above the top of the headrest.
Adjust headrest if needed, see
page 12.

Place Chest Clip, Harness
Straps, and Buckle Tongues
Behind the Headrest and
Seat Pad As Shown
Push chest clip up so it is behind
the headrest.
Tighten Harness
Pull on harness adjustment strap
to remove any slack from the
harness system.
Pull Headrest Pad Down
and Wrap Around Bottom
of Headrest
Attach fasteners on seat pad.

Car Position
DO NOT use the booster seat if your
child’s head is less than 5 in. (12.7 cm)
below the roof of the car.
Consult your vehicle manual for proper
seatbelt usage.
