Have Child Sit in Booster
Seat
Buckle the Vehicle Belt
Pull up on lap belt to tighten.
Place Booster Seat Forward-
Facing in Back Seat

Only use the semi-reclined position

You must store the harness system when using the
Booster Seat mode. See pages 56-59.
NOTE: If your vehicle seat has
a headrest that interferes with
achieving a flush car seat fit,

Position Shoulder Belt
on Child
Thread the shoulder belt through
the belt-positioning guide in the
headrest.
Pull the shoulder belt up to tighten
so that it lies snugly across the
center of your child’s shoulder
and across their chest.
For models with In and Out
Harness Holders: The shoulder
belt should lay under the In and
Out Harness Holder.
For models without In and Out
Harness Holders: The shoulder
belt will fall naturally into place.
Position Lap Belt on Child
Route the lap belt portion of
vehicle belt through the booster
belt path as shown.
The lap belt should lay snugly
across the child’s hips
and not on the stomach.
Finished!
Check periodically to make sure
your child has not moved out of
position and loosened the shoulder
belt.
