To Use Headrest in Lowest Position:

If the harness straps have been removed from
the chest clip & buckle, rethread them.
The harness strap ends go through the back
of the buckle tongues & through the chest clip
front to back.

To use in harnessed mode, slide the shoulder
harness straps into the slots in the headrest
pad.
