Receiver upgrade
The receiver automatically checks if new software is available for download. You can however
manually launch this operation and download updated software if available.
In RECEIVER SETTINGS, select RECEIVER
UPGRADE.
The receiver searches for new software.
For more information on this feature, refer to
Software Update, page 32.
Resetting the receiver
In RECEIVER SETTINGS, select FACTORY
RESET.
Enter your parental code and press .
A warning message appears.
To cancel the operation, press or .
To confirm the reset, press .
Once the default settings are restored, the receiver
installation screen is displayed. You can then
reconfigure your receiver (see First installation,
page 16).
Important
If you reset the default settings, you lose the channels and settings you made.
