• Precautions when installing the instrument (Installation)
Do not put down the instrument in an unstable place or on a oor or
surface with insufcient strength.
• How to remove dew condensation water.
Remove dew condensation on the cooling plate before dew
condensation water flows out of the frame. (See 5.2.2 Cleaning the
Cryo Module.)
• Stay away from the instrument during earthquake.
The instrument may fall over and cause injury.
