Cleaning
Do not clean any parts of the machine in the dishwasher.
1. Prepare approximately 8L of hot water (approximately 45-60 degrees) and a specic
cleaning agent in a basin, carefully following the manufacturer’s instructions to avoid
damaging the components to be cleaned due to excessive concentration of the
cleaning agent.
2. Use a suitable brush and thoroughly clean all components in contact with beverages
with cleaning solution.
3. Rinse all cleaned components with running water.
4. Use a soft bristled brush to clean the evaporator cylinder.
5. Finally, dry or air dry the surface of the cleaned parts with a dry towel.
Assemble
1. Place the right cover of the loading barrel on a at surface, place the loading barrel
inside (as shown in Figure 12), and then match and fasten the left cover of the loading
barrel with the loading barrel (as shown in Figure 13).
