Ingredients
2 medium sized baking potatoes
Sea salt
Cracked black pepper
Topping of choice
Method
Preheat the Hot Air Fryer to 180 ºC.
Wash and prick the potatoes; place on a sheet of foil and season with the sea salt
and cracked black pepper.
Place the potatoes into the non-stick coated cooking basket and cook for
approximately 40 minutes.
Remove the potatoes and serve with the topping of choice.
