Ingredients
2 sweet potatoes, cut into small wedges
4 tbsp olive oil
1tspchilliakes
Salt and pepper, to taste
Sea salt, to taste
Method
Preheat the Hot Air Fryer to 180 ºC.
Place the potato wedges into a pan of cold, salted water and bring to the boil.
Once boiling point has been reached, drain the salted water.
Put the potato wedges into a bowl, pour over the oil and mix to cover evenly. Add
thechilliakes,seasontotastewithsaltandpepperandstirtocombine.
Place the potato wedges into the non-stick coated cooking basket and cook for
approximately 10–15 minutes, until the potatoes are tender and golden brown.
It is recommended to shake the non-stick coated cooking basket halfway through
cooking, to ensure that the wedges are cooked evenly.
Sprinkle with sea salt to serve.
