Attach Front Foot

Attach the front foot (7) to the frame using bolt (3) and washer (4).

Attach Rear Foot

Attach the rear foot (2) to the frame using bolt (3) and washer (4).

Attach Pedals

Attach pedals (76R/76L) to crank arms (70R/70L), ensuring correct R/L orientation and thread direction.

Operating Instructions of the Computer

Exercise Target Setting

Set workout targets for Time or Distance. Monitor counts down and beeps upon completion.

Display Value Selection

Switch between different display metrics like Speed/Pulse and Distance/RPM using the UP key.

Reset Exercise Values

Press and hold ENTER/RESET for 5 seconds to clear all exercise data and target values.

Metric/Imperial System Switch

Push the 'k/m' button on the back to toggle between metric and imperial unit displays.

Function Specification

Colorful Lights Indication

Lights indicate exercise intensity (watts) with colors: None, Green, Cyan, Blue, Purple, Red.

Heart Rate/Light Blinking Alert

Blinking lights indicate exercise intensity relative to maximum heart rate for different age groups.

Age Setting

Set age by pressing ENTER/RESET three times, then use UP/DOWN keys to adjust and ENTER to confirm.

Handlebar and Seat Adjustment

Adjust handlebar and seat height/position for correct body ergonomics using quick release levers.

Pedals and Toe Straps

Ensure feet are securely positioned in toe clips, pushing forward and tightening straps for safety.
