실린더의 전환을 4포트 2위치 전자밸브로 하
는 경우에는 솔레노이드 밸브가 소자된 상태에
서 가공물의 파악을 할 수 있는 유압회로로 하
여 주십시오. (Fig.11)
In order to make the change-over of
cylinder by use of the 4-port 2-posi-
tion electromag netic valve, the hy-
draulic circuit should be designed to
grip the workpiece when solenoid is
demagnetized. (Fig.11)
Configure the inner dia. / outer dia.
gripping change valve so that it pre-
vents misoperation when changing
from the inner dia. gripping to outer
dia. gripping. When the solenoid valve
is used for this change valve, use the
4-port 2-position valve with position
stop. In case of a blackout, the circuit
should be maintained.
내경파악，외경파악의 변경시 시작할때 실수
를 방지하기 위해 내외경 파악전환용 밸브를
설치해주십시오. 또 이 전환밸브에 솔레노이드
밸브를 이용할 때는 위치결정 4포트, 2위치 밸
브를 사용하고，정전시에도 지시회로가 보존
될 수 있도록 해주십시오.
Match tubing diameters of hoses
used on the cylinder and machine. If
tubing ID is too small, there may be
flow resistance.
조작기기와 실린더 배관내경을 일치시켜 주십
시오. 배관시 내경이 작으면 배관 저항이 커져
작동속도가 저하됩니다.
