10 Servicing
The work described in this chapter is to be performed only by personnel appropriately quali-
edtocarryoutsuchtasks.
10.1 Recommended inspection and testing
We recommend inspection and testing according to Table 10-1.

Check the markings, labels and nameplates on
the controller for their readability and complete-
ness.
Î Immediately renew damaged, missing or
incorrect nameplates or labels.
Î Clean any inscriptions that are covered with
dirt and are illegible.
Check the electric wiring. Î If any wires are loose, open the controller
housing and tighten the terminal screws (see
the 'Installation' chapter).
Î Renew damaged wires.
Checkwhetherthermwareisuptodate. Î Download the currently valid software at
uwww.samsongroup.com > DOWNLOADS
> Software & Drivers > Firmware

Compare the temperature values displayed at the
controller with the actual temperatures at the point
of measurement.
Î If the displayed and actual temperatures
differ, calibrate the sensors (see the' Start-up
andconguration'chapter).
