Servicing
− When 'COM-Port' is selected: enter the same port and Baud rate as used in the ap-
plication.
− When 'Modbus-TCP-Gateway' is selected: change the TCP port (default: 502), if nec-
essary.
The Baud rate does not need to be changed when Modbus TCP or a SAM-HOME gateway is
used.
Automatic controller search
To optimize the automatic update process of several controllers, the applicable address range
canbedenedtoincludethecontrollersconcernedbyclicking[Erweitert](advanced)>Au-
tomatische Reglersuche (automatic controller search).
Î Click [Autosuche] (auto search).
All the devices found by the 'Autosuche' (auto search) are listed in the 'Vorhandene Geräte'
(existingdevices)eld.Stationaddress,productnumber,rmwareandhardwareversions
are shown.
Alldevicesthatcanbeupdatedarelistedinthe'Aktualisierbar'(updatable)eld.
Î Select the devices to be updated.
− Click [Alle] (all).
All devices that have been found are updated.
or:
− Select individual devices.
The selected devices are updated.
After the update is completed, all updated controllers are marked 'OK'.
Î If an update could not be completed properly (e.g. because the connection was interrupt-
ed during the update), click [Abbruch] (cancel), uncheck the 'Automatische Reglerwahl
über Modbus' (automatic controller selection over Modbus) box and click [Updaten] (up-
date) to restart the procedure.
