1) Scan Lock Error
If the CIS is placed right side,
place it to left side.
Check the load against the CIS unit.
Move CIS unit to left and right
side for several times.
Check if the CIS is placed right side.
Check the abnormal system error.
Power off and on.
Description
CIS does not move. Display “scanner lock” on LCD.
