Select the [NIGHT] sub menu in a low lighting condition and you can get a clearer
image

INFORMATION
In [NIGHT] mode, don’t move for a while after the flash has finished firing as the shutter
speed is slow. We recommend using a tripod or supporting the camera on a solid object in
order to avoid camera shake.
In [NIGHT] mode, you can’t use the macro focus.
1. Rotate the mode dial to the STILL IMAGE mode and press the
MENU button.
2. Select the [STILL IMAGE 2/2] menu by pressing the RIGHT
button.
3. Select the [SCENE] menu by pressing the UP/DOWN button.
4. Press the RIGHT button and the cursor will shift to the
[SCENE] sub menu.
5. Select the desired sub menu by pressing the UP/DOWN
button.
6. Press the OK button to confirm the setting.
NORMAL : select this mode in a normal shooting condition.
NIGHT : select this mode in a low lighting condition.
7. Press the menu button and the menu display will disappear.
