Getting started
Insert the nanoUIM card/microSD card tray into the terminal
• Take care to insert the nanoUIM card/microSD card tray in the
correct direction. If the direction you insert the nanoUIM card/
microSD card tray is incorrect, it may be damaged.
Information
• If you lost the SIM ejector tool, you can use a paper clip instead.

Note that formatting microSD card erases all data in a microSD card.
From the Home screen, → "Settings" → "Battery and
device care"
"Storage" → → "Advanced"
"SD card" → "Format" → "Format SD card" → "Done"
■ Internal battery life
• The internal battery is a consumable accessory. Each time it is
charged, time available with each charging reduces.
• Using apps, etc. while charging the internal battery for a long time
may shorten the battery life.
• When a time available with each charging is reduced to about
a half from that of a new battery, replacement of the battery is
recommended because it is near the end of life.
■ Charging
• AC Adapter 08 (sold separately) is applicable to the range of 100
VAC and 240 VAC.
• For details of AC Adapter 08, see respective manuals.
• The AC adapter has a plug dedicated to 100 VAC (for domestic
use). When using the AC adapter in the range of AC 100V and 240V
overseas, a conversion plug adapter applicable to the country you are
staying is required. Do not charge the battery using a transformer for
overseas travel.
• When the terminal is turned ON, you can operate the terminal even
while charging. However, in that case, charging takes longer time
because of reducing charging volume.
• When inserting/removing the connector, make sure not to put
excessive force.
• You can check the latest charger with the terminal in the DOCOMO
online shop.

operating environment and the degradation level of the internal
