CHAPTER 6. Application Features
This part describes the applications provided by IPX-S300B and how to configure them.
IPX-S300B includes a basic conference system and a basic ACD server. IPX-S300B
Express also includes an advanced conference system and a voice mail system.
6.1 Application Sever Service Group
Application server service groups must be created and assigned in order to support server
interface for various applications for each user service.
In addition to using application servers, the servers must be grouped so that they can be
assigned to different service groups or users. If application server service groups are not
assigned, application server calls cannot work.
Servers that can be assigned to application server service groups must be available for user-
specific services. The following server types are supported.
Voice mail server
Call Recording server
Paging Conference server
Meet-Me conference server
One-step conference server
Add-on conference server
External ring back tone server
