ACD Statistics
The IPX-S300B provides statistics on processing of incoming calls for the ACD group and
ACD calls processed by each agent.
ACD Agent Program
While it is possible for ACD agents to process ACD calls by just using the phone, they can
also process ACD calls more conveniently using a dedicated agent program.
Requiring a separate license, the dedicated ACD agent program has many useful features
such as real time monitoring of pending calls for the ACD group.
