Anynet+ may not function correctly for several reasons. Ensure the device is Anynet+ compatible, the power cord is properly connected, and the Video/Audio/HDMI cables are correctly connected. Also, verify that Anynet+ (HDMI-CEC) is enabled in the System menu and that the remote control is Anynet+ compatible. Note that Anynet+ might not work during the initial setup.

If a connected device isn't showing up, first confirm that the device supports Anynet+ functions and that the HDMI cable is properly connected. Check if Anynet+ (HDMI-CEC) is enabled in the System menu. Try rescanning for Anynet+ devices. Ensure you're using an HDMI connection, as Anynet+ requires it. Note that some HDMI cables may not fully support Anynet+ features. If a power failure or disconnection occurred, repeat the device scan.
