Wireless One Connect Issues
Try the following solutions if you are having issues connecting to Wireless One Connect.
This function may not be supported depending on the model or geographical area.
Wireless One Connect cannot be found.

Check that the connected type-C power adapter and cable are the supplied adapter and cable dedicated for Wireless
One Connect.
– The device may not work properly if used with components other than those that came with the device.
Check the connection between the screen and the Wireless One Connect.

If Wireless One Connect is left disconnected from the screen for a long period of time, automatic connection may
not work properly. If the connection is disconnected, check the power supply to the Wireless One Connect, and view
the LED indicator light colour to check the connection.
LED Indication Status Description
Blue Good
The connection is very good.
Yellow Bad
The connection is not good.
• Adjust the Wireless One Connect position.
• If it is turned on but disconnected, navigate to the Adjust (

position until the antenna icon colour becomes blue.
Red Very bad
The connection is very bad.
• Adjust the Wireless One Connect position or reconnect it.

White Power saving mode
If the screen is switched off, the Wireless One Connect is deactivated
and enters power saving mode.
• Turn on the screen, then the Wireless One Connect is activated
and automatically connected to the screen.
