Chapter 4. Connecting to the Internet
To utilize the maximum network performance.
Configure the following settings network to utilize the maximum network perfor-
mance.
1. Click the Start > Control Panel > Performance and Maintenance >
System > Hardware tab and then the Device Manager button.
2. Select Realtek RTL8139/810x Family Fast Ethermic NIC in the
Network adapters, right-click it and select Properties.
3. Select the Advanced tab, select the Optimal Performance in the
Properties field and set the Value field to Enable.
4. Click the OK button.
