This limitedwarrantybegins on the original date of purchase,and is valid only on productspurchasedand used in the United
States. Toreceivewarrantyservice, the purchasermustcontact SAMSUNGfor problemdetermination and service procedures.
Warranty servicecan only be performedby a SAMSUNG authorizedservice center. The originaldated bill of sale must be
presented upon requestas proof of purchaseto SAMSUNGor SAMSUNG'sauthorizedservice center.
SAMSUNG will repairor replace anypart foundto be defective,at our option and at no charge as stipulatedherein, with newor
reconditionedpartsduring the limited warrantyperiodspecified above. All replacedpartsand products becomethe propertyof
SAMSUNG and must be returnedto SAMSUNG. Replacementparts and products assume the remainingoriginalwarranty,or
ninety (90) days,whicheveris longer.
In-homeservice will be providedduring the warranty laborperiod subject to availabilitywithin thecontiguous UnitedStates.In-
home service is not availablein all areas. To receivein-home service,the product must be unobstructedand accessiblefrom floor
level to service personnel. If during in-homeservice repair cannot becompleted, it maybe necessary to remove,repairand return
the product. If in-homeservice is unavailable,SAMSUNG may elect,at our option,to providefor transportationof our choiceto
and from a SAMSUNG authorizedservice center. Otherwise,transportationto and fromthe SAMSUNG authorizedservice center
is the responsibilityof the purchaser.
This limitedwarrantycovers manufacturingdefectsin materials and workmanshipencounteredin normal, noncommercialuse of
this product,and shall not applyto the following,including,but not limitedto:damage which occurs in shipment;deliveryand
installation;applicationsand uses for which this product was not intended;altered productor serial numbers;cosmeticdamage or
exteriorfinish;accidents,abuse, neglect,fire, water,lightningor other acts of nature;use of products,equipment,systems, utilities,
services, parts, supplies,accessories,applications,installations,repairs,external plumbingand leaks,externalwiring, circuit
breakers,fuses or connectorsnot suppliedand authorizedby SAMSUNG,or whichdamage this product or result in service
problems;incorrect electricalline voltage,fluctuationsand surges;customeradjustmentsand failureto followoperating instructions,
cleaning,maintenanceand environmentalinstructionsthat are coveredand prescribed in the instructionbook; loss of food due to
spoilage;consumableitems includingfilters and lightbulbs.
THERE ARE NO EXPRESSWARRANTIES OTHERTHAN THOSE LISTED AND DESCRIBEDABOVE,AND NOWARRANTIES
WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED,INCLUDING,BUT NOT LIMITEDTO,ANY IMPLIEDWARRANTIESOF
MERCHANTABILITYOR FITNESS FORA PARTICULARPURPOSE, SHALL APPLYAFTER THE EXPRESSWARRANTY

LIABLEFOR LOSS OF REVENUEOR PROFITS,FAILURETO REALIZESAVINGS OR OTHERBENEFITS,OR ANY OTHER
SPECIAL, INCIDENTALOR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGESCAUSEDBYTHE USE, MISUSE OR INABILITYTO USETHIS
PRODUCT,REGARDLESSOF THE LEGALTHEORY ONWHICH THE CLAIM IS BASED,AND EVEN IFSAMSUNG HAS BEEN
ADVISEDOFTHE POSSIBILITYOF SUCH DAMAGES. NORSHALL RECOVERYOF ANY KIND AGAINSTSAMSUNG BE
GREATERINAMOUNTTHANTHE PURCHASE PRICE OFTHE PRODUCTSOLD BY SAMSUNGAND CAUSINGTHE

ORIGINAL PURCHASEROF THIS PRODUCT,IS NONTRANSFERABLEAND STATESYOUR EXCLUSIVEREMEDY.
